I wanted to write and express my deep appreciation for Monroe Cleaning Services. The service was outstanding, exceptional, reliable, dependable and extremely professional. The experience with the Owner Jennifer was very friendly, knowledgeable and above all she was extremely patient with all my questions I had & my anxiety from the mess of my own home. Jennifer was very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed for my home. I immediately agreed to her services once she had sent me a break down of exactly what she will be completing for me. I had hired several cleaners in the past and my experiences had always been awful. I would feel more frustrated after they left my house as they never completed all the items I required cleaning or they would do the bare minimal and still expect to be paid. Jennifer came to my house for an hour consult and right away I could tell how determined she was to help me figure out how to de-clutter/organize/repair/clean my house and actually make me LOVE my house again. Within 5 service visits- where she worked above and beyond for me.. stayed several hours past her work hours just to ensure that I got the results I wanted! She has been a god send in my life! Jennifer exhibited a great can-do spirit and work ethic as she completed her job. My whole master bedroom/tv room/and son’s room/& master washroom have been re-organized/de-cluttered/shelves were re-built correctly, washroom was grouted and seeled and thoroughly cleaned. She worked diligently and continually asked questions to clarify what I wanted. Jennifer always followed up after each job to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The quality control was top notch and I have never come across such an efficient business model. It was refreshing that she was the person who sold the service and then the same person to assure the quality was right. Jennifer’s seemingly limitless, astute, assiduous attention to detail and boundless hard work make her results manifest the abilities of an organized magician rather than the ambitious work of one remarkable woman. She tackles the toughest indications of dust, dirt, or detritus, and she makes a house glisten with cleanliness and core. Jennifer is our angel!
